Payment of Dues
The fee must be paid before 10th of every month.
No reduction in the fee or other dues will be made for the broken period of attendance.
Fee once be paid is not refundable, however it may be adjusted.
Dues must be paid for the whole year, whether the students are taking board or university exam, performing their practical or the college is closed.
College leaving certificate/ Migration Certificate will not be issued to any student unless all the annual dues paid including the full fee for the month during the request for such a Certificate is made.
All the College dues are pay able in cash during the college hours receiving pertinent receipt signed by the accountant. (Last updated 07-03-2016)
Refund Policy.
Library Security fee (if any) will be refunded to the students after completing said courses, or in case someone wishes to leave the institute during the course. However clearness from all the departments is must, no any other fee is refundable.
